By accessing the Math Champs website or enrolling in our tutoring programs, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Math Champs provides online mathematics tutoring services for students in Grades 7–11, including preparation for the CSEC Mathematics examination.

Classes are delivered in small groups with a maximum of 12 students per session.

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour.

Registration

Students or parents must complete the registration form before participating in any classes.

Information provided must be accurate and up to date.

Payments

Pricing for classes will be provided upon inquiry.

Payment details and schedules will be communicated after registration.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

Student Conduct

Students participating in classes must behave respectfully toward tutors and other students.

Math Champs reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.

Attendance

Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions.

Missed classes may not always be rescheduled.

Academic Disclaimer

While Math Champs aims to help students improve their understanding and performance in mathematics, we cannot guarantee specific grades or examination outcomes.

Student success depends on individual effort, attendance, and practice.

Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, resources, worksheets, and content provided by Math Champs remain the intellectual property of Math Champs.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Math Champs is not responsible for:

• Internet disruptions during online classes

• Technical issues outside our control

• Individual student performance outcomes

Changes to Services

Math Champs reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services when necessary.
